I ended up in the emergency room, convinced that I was having a heart attack. The doctors did tests and told me no, it was probably only stress. Only stress I thought..? Why was I feeling like this and what in the world brought this on, and even more importantly, what could I do to get rid of these terrible feelings of impending doom..?
